Early enrollment courtesy will be extended to all current students, siblings and siblings of alumni who have completed a 3's, 4's or 5's class and Congregational Church members applying for a 3's, 4's or 5's program from November 1st through November 30th. Current students are placed first, then siblings and church members.
Beginning on December 1st, new applicants will be enrolled on a first come basis. Although applications are accepted on a first come basis, child's age and gender ratio as well as your commitment to our programs and administrative team recommendations are taken into consideration.
Application Fee: If the child you are applying was not enrolled for the 2011-2012 school year, there is a $100 application fee. No fee for current students. This fee is non-refundable.
Tuition Deposit: For all programs other than Two Together, a non-refundable deposit of $500 must accompany this application. For Two Together, a a non-refundable deposit of $100 must accompany this application. If you do not get a placement according to your selection, your deposit is refunded. If you do get a placement, this amount is applicable to your second semester tuition. The balance of tuition is due in two payments on April 16, 2012 (half tuition) and January 1, 2013 (half tuition minus $500). Tuition is non-refundable and you are responsible for the full year tuition.
