Family Socials

Cooking Night
Wednesday, October 5th at 7pm
It's our turn to learn! Join us for an evening of hands-on cooking at the home of Jen LaSusa (Polar Bear class). Lead by Julia Deane of Culinary Works. The menu will highlight fresh seasonal ingredients and focus on basic cooking techniques that you can apply to any recipe. To learn more about Culinary Works click here. To reserve your spot, please drop a check off in the office. Minimum of 8 maximum of 20 to run class.

Family Dance Party!
Friday, November 11th from 5-6pm FREE
Join us as we turn Smith Hall into a disco party. We'll have a DJ spinning all the preschool favorites guaranteed to get the kids (and maybe some parents) moving!

Zumba Party
Wednesday, January 25th at 7:30 pm
Shake off the winter blues with a fun night that will be sure to get your heart racing! Toddlertime is hosting a FREE Zumba Fitness class at 360 Fitness (45 Grove Street).   Parents, friends and teachers are all welcome to attend. Local Zumba legend Michele Ayoub will lead the class - no experience necessary - just come and have fun! Click here to register.  Space is limited, so register now!


Friday Workshops 12-2pm $30

Spooktacular Fun: Friday, October 28th
Witches and ghosts will have an afternoon of spooktacular fun making slime, marshmallow monsters and goblin brew. If your child is already in lunch from 12-2pm, you do not need to register for this program

Mind Your Manners: Friday, November 11th
We'll get ready for the holiday season with a reminder about manners! We'll make manners fun through games and secret codes before sitting down to try out our new skills.

Woodworking: Friday, December 13th

Last year this was the holiday camp the children enjoyed the most so we are doing it again this year as a Friday workshop. Children will play with real tools and make wood sculptures. 

Forest Gnomes and Fairies: Friday, February 24th

Complete with wings and sparkle dust for everyone - join us as we discover where fairies come from, how they live and what their mission is! Children will enjoy a tea party complete with honeysuckle syrup (pink lemonade) and delicious fairy cakes. 

Egg-stravaganza: Friday, March 23rd
Join us for a fun filled day about spring and leave the egg dying to us. After visiting with a furry friend or two, we'll decorate eggs using several techniques and then have an egg hunt. This promises to be an egg-ceptional and egg-cellent day! 

Lots of Legos: Friday, April 27th
Drop in to build your own Lego creations and then display them for the school to see. Legos are fun and reinforce the essential preschool skills but to kids, it's all fun and games!

My Furry Friend: Friday, May 18th
It's a pet lover's fun filled afternoon devoted to our furry friends! Bring in your favorite stuffed animal for our pet parade. Our day will end with a visit from a furry friend.

Pete's a Pizza

Wednesday, November 23rd 9-1pm $50

Calling all Pizza lovers! Join us for a yummy afternoon devoted to this delicious food! We'll take orders, design menus and chef aprons, as well as run our very own Toddlertime pizza parlor! We'll finish off our afternoon by making and eating our very own pizzas!

$50/day--you can do one day or both!

All elves should report to the North Pole for a few extra days of fun before the holidays! Each day the children will make and wrap a new gift to give. They'll also have plenty of time for gym games and recess. Sign up for one or both days (they will not be the same).

Nature in a Nutshell
April 2nd and 3rd 9-1pm
$50/day--you can do one day or both!
From mud pies to flowers, we'll explore some of what nature has to offer through books, crafts and hands on "dirty up to your elbow" activities. Register for one or both days (they will not be the same). Be sure to dress for mess!
